COURSE DESCRIPTION

Welcome to Unlocking the Mysteries of Zechariah!

In this course, we will examine key prophetic texts from Zechariah in Hebrew with a theological emphasis on Messianic motifs and the future of Israel and the nations. We will unpack the apocalyptic visions of Zechariah in the Dead Sea Scrolls and the New Testament. The course will enable students to appreciate the deeper meaning of the biblical text which is often concealed in the English translation.

We will explore Zechariah in his historical context with a practical application to our modern reality.

The course is designed to accommodate students with varied Hebrew backgrounds. Prior knowledge of biblical Hebrew is not required. I look forward to seeing you in class!

• Lectures are conducted in an interactive and engaging manner. Student participation is encouraged!
• Students are provided with free supplemental course materials.
• Each lecture runs once a week for 60–90 minutes. The course duration varies.
• No homework, no quizzes.
• All lectures are recorded and available to you. So, no worries if you miss a LIVE lecture!
• Registration fee to cover the costs of the video conference.
